These Metal Stamps are made of high grade steel such as A-2 tool-steel, suitable for most marking needs, M-2 high- speed steel and M-4 high-speed steel for high volume marking, and T-15 high-speed steel as required.
Steel and Carbide Stamps are made to be compatible with any press. Both Steel and Carbide stamps are produced with raised images that leave impressions in the product. These marking tools can be made to mark flat, concave or convex surfaces. The Steel Stamp and Carbide stamp faces can be sharp, flat, round or dotted style. Different stamp face styles meet different marking needs.
Some Metal Stamps and Dies such as those made for the Mold Industry are produced with reverse characters. Some Metal Stamps are engraved. Engraved Metal Stamps include 2.5 and 3-D engraving. Among the 3-D engraved Metal Stamps are the Roll Dies. Roll dies are used for Bar Marking and other similar marking applications.
Circular Metal Stamps, Segments and Inserts are also included among the wide variety of Metal Stamps manufactured by Infinity Stamps. All these marking tools are made per customer specifications.
Carbide Stamps
Carbide Stamps are very durable marking tools. These are non-impact-stamps, intended for high volume marking in hydraulic presses.
Artwork
When an image includes a logo, Infinity Stamps would need to receive the relative artwork. For preferred file formats visit the Graphic Design page.
In the event that artwork needs to be modified in order to achieve the clearest impressions, Infinity Stamps will bring its recommendations to the attention of the customer. If and when the modifications are agreed upon, the customer has the option of using Graphic Design of ISI to complete the necessary modifications. The improved artwork will then be forwarded to the customer for approval.
FONTS (Letter & Number Styles)
The ISI Font Gallery displays many fonts to choose from.
Some fonts may not be suitable for all stamps. When choosing a font or a few font options, the total image size (for the stamp face) needs to be taken into consideration. Additional fonts may become available as the Infinity Stamps Font Selection continuously grows. Fonts used in other languages such as Asian, Arabic and Hebrew can also be used. Original fonts created by the customer are also acceptable.
