Quality Assurance Policies

Warranty/Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Our customer service department is available to answer any questions you may have.

All products are covered under warranty for a minimum of 90 days, Infinity Stamps, Inc.will handle defects and repairs on your behalf within the warranty period.

After the warranty period, if product repairs are needed, Infinity Stamps, Inc. is available to assist, please contact us for more information.

Return Policy
For Products That Come In Sealed Packages:
Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and lagel carefully to be sure you received the correct product. If the supplier's original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shippling and handling charges).

For Products That Do Not Come In Sealed Packages:
All custom-made products are non-refundable. Stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) if they were not used and are in perfect condition.

Cancellation Policy on Custom Items
Infinity Stamps, Inc. handles cancellation requests on a case by case basis. Any order that is cancelled after artwork services have begun is subject to a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed.



What to Expect After you Place an Order
Infinity Stamps Inc. takes pride in our customer satisfaction.
Once you have placed your order you can expect the following:

1. The ISI Sales Team processes your order. You will receive a Sales Order via e-mail for your review. This will give you the opportunity to make sure all details and specifications are correct. There will be no need for you to respond unless corrections are needed. If no other payment arrangement has been made, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours.

2. Our Design Team takes over thereafter, to prepare a proof (layout) of your stamp(s). You will receive a proof within 2-3 business days. We offer up to three proofs per stamp for free (additional proofs are available at an additional cost). Shipping will be scheduled for 2-3 weeks from the day we receive your approval.

3. Our Production Team takes over, once you have approved your proof, creating the stamp per your specifications. As soon as your stamp is complete, your stamp is prepared by our shipping department for delivery.

If you need faster service, we can accommodate a Rush Order for delivery within 7 Business days (from the day we receive your approval).
