The TagMate
The TagMate is a compact auxiliary-marking device developed by Infinity Stamps specifically for marking Jewelry Tags of all shapes and sizes.
This marking device is easy to use and is simpler and more efficient than any marking tool ISI has tested in the past.

The TagMate is comprised of two parts: The base and the cap.
TagMate Stamps are ordered separately.
|
Features: The base is 1-1/4” in diameter by 1-1/2” high and the cap is 1-1/2” in diameter by 1-1/2” high. A recess ("bed") is engraved on the horizontal surface of the base and, when desired, a second recess of another shape and size can be engraved on its other horizontal surface. The recess is custom engraved to snugly hold any Jewelry Tag placed in it for marking.
 The cap features an opening designed to allow the insertion of the TagMate Stamp, specifically designed and produced to fit only one way. After the TagMate stamp is inserted it has no wiggle-room and lands directly onto the center of the tag.
This marking method ensures accurate alignment of the stamp with the tag, leaving perfectly centered marks as large as can be.

 How to use the TagMate Stamp and TagMate:
A. Set the TagMate base on a workbench.
B. Place a Jewelry Tag inside the custom engraved recess
C. Cover the base with the cap.
D. Insert the TagMate Stamp with its flat side facing forward into the opening in the cap.
E. Hold the cap with one hand and with your other hand strike the stamp with a hammer.
>>Repeat to mark as many Jewelry Tags as needed, being assured that every tag will be uniformly marked in its center.

14/20 Gold-Filled Tags
14/20 Gold-filled jewelry tags are 14K gold overlaid on a brass core at 1/20th the thickness of the items total weight. Gold-filled tags are superior to gold-plated tags, as their layer of gold is far thicker. These tags are an economical option to solid 14K.

Blackening and Polishing Kit
The Blackening and Polishing Kit Infinity Stamps offers is a “highlighting” method that blackens marked jewelry tags and other marked jewelry items.
After marking your jewelry tags or any other silver and gold jewelry item with your stamp(s), should you wish to enhance your logo and any decorative marks including text, you can achieve just that by using a Blackening Solution and a Polishing Cloth. The contrast achieved with a Blackening Kit makes your mark more noticeable and easier to read.
This additional step “highlights” your impressed logo and decorative marks and leaves your tags and other marked jewelry items with a beautiful shine.
 The Blackening Solution can also be used for highlighting items made of copper, bronze and aluminum.
This blackening method is popular among unique jewelry manufacturers,
creative artists and sculptors who choose to utilize it for enhancing their logos,
hand-written signatures, initials and decorative designs.
For those customers who wish to add shine to their tags without blackening the impressed marks, the Polishing Cloths alone will do the trick.

Straight Jewelry Stamps & PMC Stamps
Straight Jewelry Stam ps are handheld Metal Stamps to be struck with a hammer to make impressions on flat surfaces.
The Straight Jewelry Stamp is approx. 3” long with its top end rounded to prevent chipping when struck. The face of the Metal Stamp varies in size, based on the image required. The character size can be as small as .018” high/0.5 mm. The total image size is per customer request or can be determined by the area available on the item being marked. Straight Jewelry Stamps are ideal for marking Jewelry Tags and Precious Metal Clay.

 Bent Ring Jewelry Stamps
Bent Ring Jewelry Stamps, also referred to as Gooseneck Jewelry Stamps because of their shape, are Metal Stamps that have a convex face made to fit the inside radius of an average ring. The face of the bent ring jewelry stamp can feature a logo or any other desired image which can be as wide as 5mm and as high as 3mm. These handheld stamps are specifically designed to be struck with a hammer and we custom make them per our customers’ specifications.
Hallmark Jewelry Stamps
Hallmark Jewelry Stamps are Metal Stamps produced for use in presses. They can be either straight or bent and have a 3/16” diameter shank that fits into a press.
 Roller Jewelry Stamps
A Roller Jewelry Stamp is a Metal Stamp in the shape of a wheel. These Metal Stamps are used in roll marking machines. The raised image is on the outside diameter of the Roller Jewelry Stamp.
Jewelry Stamp Images
Images on Jewelry Stamps can be initials, logos or decorative designs as desired. The total size of the image is dictated by the size of the area to be marked. It is recommended that fonts (letter styles) and artwork not be bold. The thinner the lines, the easier it is to achieve a clear impression. It is always a good idea for the customer to print out the actual image size intended for the Jewelry Stamp face, the Jewelry Tag or the area to be marked. This will allow the customer to determine feasibility. When a logo or a design is required, ISI would need to receive the artwork, preferably via E-mail. Layouts
ISI takes pride in creating a well-balanced layout. The Graphic Design department achieves this balance by using the most appropriate character heights and widths and, when necessary, standard, extended and condensed characters, all combined in one image. The ISI Graphic Designers also pay close attention to good balance between the image and the background.
Everything is done to ensure a stamp image that will leave the clearest and most appealing impressions.
FONTS (Letter & Number Styles)
The ISI Font Gallery displays many fonts to choose from.
Some fonts may not be suitable for all stamps. When choosing a font or a few font options, the total image size (for the stamp face) needs to be taken into consideration. Additional fonts may become available as the Infinity Stamps Font Selection continuously grows. Any True Type font the customer may have can be utilized. Fonts used in other languages such as Asian, Arabic and Hebrew can also be used. Original fonts created by the customer are also acceptable.
