Infinity Stamps produces Custom inspection Stamps for permanently marking flat, concave and convex surfaces. These Custom inspection Stamps are designed to be struck with a hammer and intended for marking metals, plastics, wood and other materials that can be impressed manually. Custom inspection Stamps can be made with four different face styles: sharp-face, flat-face, round-face, and dotted style, as appropriate for the specific material or product to be marked. Steel Inspection Stamps are handheld Metal Stamps to be struck with a hammer. ISI uses both tool steel and high-speed steel. All Steel Inspection Stamps are hardened to a degree ensuring maximal durability.

Steel Inspection Stamps are 3.5” to 4” long with rounded top ends to preserve their integrity. A notch indicates the correct application direction.

The required image, raised 0.030”, covers the entire face of the stamp. Steel Inspection Stamp images are usually made with a sharp face. When low-stress application is required, they are produced in round face or dotted style. All Steel Inspection Stamps are made per customer specifications.

Neoprene Inspection Stamps are used with inkpads in the same way as any natural rubber stamp. Neoprene is highly resistant to oil, heat, light and oxidation, making it much more durable than natural rubber and more practical for industrial use.

The Neoprene Inspection Stamp is made of aluminum. The total length is approximately 2” and lightweight. Its slim shaft can be made with a hole so that the stamp can hang on a key chain. The stamp head houses a solid neoprene plug featuring the desired marking image. A brass cap lined with felt covers the stamp head securely and protects the stamp face.

The Neoprene Inspection Stamp heads are available in various diameters ranging from ¼” to 7/8”. The border of the image can be of any size and shape and made per customer specifications.

Layouts for both Steel Inspection Stamp and Neoprene Inspection Stamp images can be prepared by the ISI Graphic Design department per customer request.

Some fonts may not be suitable for all stamps. When choosing a font or a few font options, the total image size (for the stamp face) needs to be taken into consideration. Additional fonts may become available as the Infinity Stamps Font Selection continuously grows. Fonts used in other languages such as Asian, Arabic and Hebrew can also be used. Original fonts created by the customer are also acceptable.
