Q. What is a metal stamp and is it different from a punch, a die, a stamper, a printing block, an embosser or a stencil?
A. Metal Stamps are Marking Tools intended for permanently marking various materials. Sometimes they are called by other names such as the ones in the question above. Our web site includes a wide range of marking stamps and we have done our best to make it as informative and helpful as possible. Q. I see a design in your sample photos that I would like to use. Can I use that design for my own stamp?
A. Infinity Stamps, Inc. respects its customers and, therefore, cannot use a logo or design provided by our customers. However, Universal symbols and designs from our Clip Art Gallery are the exception. All other artwork needs to be original.

Q. What happens after I place an order, do you have any warranties and what is your return policy?

Q. How long does it take to get a reply after I submit my Inquiry/Quote Request Form on your Contact page?
A. Most of the time we will respond to your e-mail within 24-72 hours. Sometimes there are exceptions, such as weekends and holidays. If you need our immediate attention during business hours, please call us at 1-866-576-1188, toll free in the U.S., otherwise, please give us a call at 818-576-1188. We always welcome phone calls.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. We usually ship small and medium size Custom Orders two to three weeks from the day we receive our customer’s approval of our proof. However, expedited production is an option for Rush Orders, as well as shipping options other than UPS-Ground.

Q. I need my order as soon as possible, is there anything you can do?
A. We accommodate Custom Rush Orders (for expedited production) and our customers can also choose the fastest shipping option offered by UPS (or by their own courier). An expedited production charge would apply and shipping charge would depend on destination, package weight and the shipping option of your choice. Please ask your Sales Representative for assistance. Expediency is perhaps one of our greatest assets and we'll work with you, as best we can, to meet your deadline. Orders of Stock Products (received during the AM hours, PST, can usually be shipped same day. Orders for Stock Products received in the PM hours, PST, usually ship out the following business day.

Q. What marking method do you reccomend for marking delicate items that won't withstand a hammer strike?

Q. I’m not sure if my product will take and hold a mark. How can I be sure?
A. Send us a few samples! We will be happy to test mark them for you at no charge and determine the best possible marking solution.

Q. How much would it cost me to have a stamp made using a design from your Clip Art Gallery?
A. All we would need to know is the clip art of your choice and the size you want your mark to be on your product. The price will depend on the intricacy of the design(s) you choose, the size of the mark and the number of stamps you order. The larger the quantity, the lower the price per stamp.

Q. I have recently purchased some stamps from your company. Where can I find more information on how to use them and take care of them when I store them away?

Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, we do, as long as a shipping company delivers to your location. We are also flexible with shipping arrangements. If you have any preferences, please let your Sales Representative know what they are.
